Well today I am not exactly going to blog about any humorous story about financial resources. But however I would like to highlight few good as well as some negative aspects I experience in banking sector at my country. Banking is for sure the most secure & reliable source keep your extra money on the other hand it also acts as a lender & provides funds to the one who need it. For example it provides loans or credit solution to farmers; it lends money to unemployed youth of the country so that they can start their own business. There are a lot of financial institutions that shows rapid progress in the development of the country. Many of these banks are foreign based & get a branch in all major cities of the country. I have 2 banks accounts. The one is that when I used to be a student at university & so it was still with a status “student account” the best thing is this accost is the zero operation charges. This means that the bank didn’t deduct any amount as a fee (operation charges) on either monthly of yearly basis. One the other hand the other bank account of mine is saving account, it is also good if one has surplus money & he didn’t need it for a specific period of time so this is the best way to get profit if one deposits the money for a given period of time in a bank. & did the same.

But there are few negative aspects too, for example there are very few financial institutions which provide the facility about how to pay credit cards off. Similarly at our country there are very few banks that provide assistance about how to file personal bankruptcy. SO I believe the banking sector still needs some improvement in customer satisfaction in carrying out both national & international transactions

This is really bad, my computer is responding to my instructions a little slow & it seems me that its get infected due to the shitty viruses, spam & blah blah, although I upgrade the antivirus installed in it on daily basis interestingly it is not showing me any sign of virus, I didn’t believe in the results of this antivirus anymore & going to change to package of my antivirus soon..
Here are the responsible reasons for the sickness of my computer.

USB Flash drive: thought this is very useful to save large amount of your data & take it where you want but I believe this is the major enemy for computers, I considered these days this is the major tool to spread virus from one computer to another. So always check the USB flash memory sticks after inserting it in to your pc. It is highly recommended

Spammed Emails & websites:The cheap & worthless advertisers attempt to bombard your email inbox with a large number of emails daily so this is a great chance that your computer will got infected if you open these mails. One the other hand many of the websites contains viruses & spammed materials especially adults websites are highly concerned for being spammed. So be in safe hand for both of these.

Now I am going to install a fresh copy of windows xp (crystal edition) & formatting my hard disk, this is the good solution if you have no important data with you at your hard drives. I will install a good antivirus package after it & yes I will be highly careful next time.

Well in getting quality education, going abroad is a discussion in common, especially when we talk about developing countries, most of the student think that they have no go future at their home country. they think it would be much better if we some how sneak out this from this country and reach abroad where prestige and dignity will warmly welcome us.

But the actual is not like that in majority of the cases, the situation out there is totally change in contrast to what people think here. although the quality of western education can never be underestimated, the is that opportunity is there for the wealthy, unless you are awarded a scholarship’s therefore it must be kept in mind that normal university can cost you more then one million Pakistani rupees annually. Most of the youngsters suffer when they decide to leave for abroad at a young age. So my opinion is that the students with no scholarships should apply for masters or any degree programs where the duration of course is not more then one year.

In any organization employees Job satisfaction is one of the major factor that has the ultimate impact on the growth & performance of that organization. If the workers work in easy, friendly & stress free working environment this ultimately leads to the term job satisfaction. one the other hand if employees work under pressure & has many things to do in a little time during working hours then this is not a positive aspect of any organization, however it is learnt from experiences that its good to accelerate organization operations for a given period of time but in long run this working method didn’t brings prosperity & growth for the organization. the reason is that most of employees leave that organization & switch to other friendly one, so the company faces loss due to lack of highly professionals in terms of human resources the reason is obvious, finding & recruiting new qualified as well as experienced employees is not an easy task for any organization. so this is the chief principal of success for any organization that the concern human resource department make sure that the employees are happy with what they are doing or what they have been assigned. if the company failed to get the confidence & loyalty from their workers then this is the start of decline for the said company. So the conclusion of the discussion is that, either in public sector or in private, job satisfaction is must for progress & growth in today’s complex & competitive working environment.

Yesterday earthquake strikes japan, although the magnitude is very high but fortunately didn’t made huge panic & destruction. i was watching news on local news channel when i came to know about this & thought to share it with you folks. Quake with magnitude 7.2 hit a populated area about 190 miles away from tokyo resulting six people killed & more than 200 injured. according to expert the energy released by the quake was far smaller than the magnitude 7.9 earthquake that hit southwestern China on May 12, leaving nearly 87,000 people dead or missing. but however earth quake is terrible i am really felt afraid about it.

Atif aslam is for sure the king of pop music in Pakistan, being a fan of him I would like to share many things about him with my dear readers. this is all about his music, his own life & his childhood. He was born in March 12, 1983 at Wazirabad (pakistan). But however he He got his early educatin at islamabad from Saint Paul’s School. Then later he happened to conntinue his studies in Divisional Public School, Model Town, Lahore. He was very found of playing cricket & was a good bowler in cricket team at school, then later atif got admission at PAF College & that is the place where he got craze of pop music. He often songs in songs competitions at college & in a small gatherings with friends & peers.

This craze & hobby of singing continue & after getting popular at college level his friends suggest him to go for his own music album. So as a matter of fact, he happened to met Gohar, a guitarist and his future Jal band. Then later Atif recorded the song Aadat at Mekal Hassan’s Studio. Atif and Goher formed the band Jal. Which later breaked due to certain Controvercies. But that was a strat. His first album Jal Pari was released on 18th July 2004 which was the best selling album of the year.hut however his second album doorie was also a hit list in pakistan pop music chart which was Released on December 2006, this year (Jan 2008) atif came with another album meri kahani but this album didn’t get that much popularity as compared to the past ones, as far as atif academic qualification is concern he has completed his Bachelors in Computer Science from University of Central Punjab last year. I liked almost every song of atif aslam but if someone ask me to choose 2 from the list then I belive “taray bin” & “Hum Kis Gali Ja rahe hain” is worth mentioning.
