Being a fan of her I am here to let you people know about her. She had born inborn on July 16, 1984 in Hong Kong. Her father belongs to Kashmir family while her mother is British. So this ultimately makes her an Indian British citizen. katrena kaif started modeling at the age of 14 at London. So this makes ways for her to enter the film industry. Many film makers approached her to take part in Indian films. She was given a role in film boom in 2003. Similarly she continued her modeling in India & did work in many advertising campaigns. She makes her name & gets the edges of appreciations in the film “Maine pyar kyun kiya” Since then she played a major role in different Indian films. Her new film that has yet to announce is “ajab prem ki ghazab kahani” & “new york” her recently announced films includes “rajniti” & “padosan remake”. However her top hits films of the year 2008 are “RACE” “SING IS KING” “PARTNER” & “WELCOME”. She got many awards this year that includes “zee cine awards” “Sexiest Asian Woman award”. Similarly she also got an award for the most searched Indian celebrity in google. Keep rocking katrina.

Well as we all aware about the situation in mumbai, a beautiful & historical city of  india. The terrorist hits the city with terrible explosions. Within a couple of hours the whole city turns in to death vally. on 26th November night a group of terrorists (Reports Says 60 mens) enterd the city with a plan. They hits the city, they have excessive weapons with them, Firing & lobbing grenades they entered the famous hotels & railway station that results more then 180 died & several injured. Their main target is Taj hotel where they got control. It was after 2 days army operation by the indian commandos when they release the public from this panic.

The main reason for me the chose this topic for this post is the economical effects that is created. Mumbai is famous for tourists & majority of the people is associated with this business. A lot numbers of tourists from all corners of the world visit this historical city every year. So when the city turns in to a battle field it is no more attractive for the tourists now. this untimatly effects the tourism industry which is a sign of increasing the ratio of poverty in this region. India is although a underdeveloped county & most of the people is not earning good amount of money to earn living.  Similarly the business community!! All of them are not done with precautionary measurements to take business risks by income Insurance. So the conclusion is that, this terrorists attacts effected the bussiness community also. We all togeather can curb this terrirosm from the world if we focus on the solution of this problem at our level best. Because impossible itslef says! i am possible.

Well this weekend I have curtains plans for outing & long drives but I didn’t acted upon any due to my own laziness. This often happens to me when I have different idea in my mind but when the time for its practical accomplishment came near, I found myself with no energy to act upon. This is called laziness. & today I admit that I am a lazy person. This is going to be really bad for me in future. I have committed with my friends that we will go to a nearby hill station this weekend but I cant go with them because I prefer to do rest at home rather then going out for fun, Now am feeling really bad like i have to do debt relief. why I cant go with them? they had arranged a party there. Although I am young enough to entertain such type of activities but don’t know why I am going lazy day by day. This often happen to me at my job place also, I feel really tired after a little work.

Although the development in science & technology makes out lives so easy & fast but there are few negative aspects too, for instance we travel in vehicles all the time, we just relax & watch television, telephone & mobile phones with sms & emails & blah make us lazy, if I take the example of me, its being long since I can go out for walk, some exercise or playing tennis with my neighbor. This is all due the modern inventions. I was very found of gardening, I did gardening when I was free at home during last years but now the situation is changed, but not worry now I have decided to make myself active, So for that purpose I have maked a time table for exercise in the morning, I believe morning walk is enough to makes you punctual & active the whole day. So this is what I lack since the last couple of years when I got job, but now I have realized to again start morning walk as in my opinion that’s they only way to take ride of laziness.

When we talk about business ethics, there are so many things that we need to take care of, its is however understood that business ethics covers a large no of behavioral passions too but here I would like to mention few but more important ethics required for a business environment. As we all know about that first impression is the last impression in any business deal. So in this regard the first impression is directly related to your dressings. For instance a person with neat & tidy dressings can make himself the center of attraction in a meeting or either in an interview. Secondly the communications skills, this is very important for an ideal entrepreneur that his must posses the qualities of good communicator. Both in terms of oral & written communication.

Business ethics focus on presentation both in term of dress as well as communication skills both in term of written & oral because if u give your first impression in positive way, it ultimately open the doors for you in future. A good communicator doesn’t mean a person who works in Lettershop . But a good communicator is the one who is good in communication with others in all respects. He must be a good & soft spoken oral communicator in business meetings; he must be good in writing mails to their clients. He must be a good communicator in daily life too. Infect he is presentable all the time, 24 hours a day.

With the rapidly changing economies in different parts of the world. there are many situations in business when individuals in your same line of business strives to make you lose in your business deals. but you have to play the the cards of the business in differnt way. usuallay when a new or premature businessman enter any market, there are many hurdles which cames on its way. but when times passes, all these hurdles give you a chance to go forward. but i belive in business one this is more important that is patience and continous struggle. if you work hard and understand the mentality of your customer. you can win every business deal. in real life business is not like free no deposit casinos where you can start a deal with zero investment. in reality business means you are taking a high amount of risk by inveting money in it. at start of the business you feel you are in hard time but little by little when you get the guts and understant your target customers, you can enjoy the fruit this time. thats why i belive identifying customers and understanding their buying decissions often requies a psychologist eye.

If you are a person with busy schedue like me, For instance if you are doining job at multinational company or any other organisaiton with though duty hours. you will definatly not having much time to enjoy with things of your own choice, you can’t watch movies, nor you get time for playing tennis & swimming. you are bound to work all the day & when night comes go to bed for sleep.  but hey dont get annoyed.  you are not required to do all this on weekends.. yes you can do whatever you like, dining out with ftriends, playing tennis or just relaxing at home? choice is yours. your busy & boring day schedue is not disturbing you on weekends. you can watch movies of your own choice from any  top online dvd rentals  on the internet or any rental store. you can go to bars, night club or public park. yes why not to go out for long drive this weekend? yes this is a very cool idea just come in to my mind. now lets see how i plan to enjoy this weekend. i have a couple of options with me. either i will go to a  lake near my home for fish hunting or i will stay at home & watch any top of the list hollywood movie.

usually on weekends i prefer to stay at home and watch movie because the law and order situation in my town is not good. there are news about suiside bombers. so there is a degree of risk to go out & have some fun. so why not to have some fun at your home.
